In case you haven't noticed, the vast majority of politicians could care less about those that have already "formed a definitive position", nevermind the one's that are too stupid to not have already done so.

I'm worried that many are, in the sense that they think the distinction is blurry, and that the policies should therefore be softened from, say, the Sensenbrenner bill.
