59th precinct is the "provisional precinct" for people who went to the wrong polling place????
They will be counted on Friday?
My God! There's a special precinct for voters who go to the wrong place???
Those Durham voters are starting to make the Palm Beach voters look like rocket scientists.
The Board of Elections does not certify the results and make them 'official' in NC until Friday. Why they would put off counting a whole precinct until then is beyond me, although I could think of a few good reasons.
