What if the judge is one that WEasley appointed that suggested Nifong for DA?

Wouldn't that be a travesty?

I thought Hardin was appointed to some sort of special judgeship that places him hearing cases across the state. I don't think he was appointed to Durham County specifically.

Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong.
