However, if the time on the 12:04am photo of both women dancing can be backed up by a forensic expert, how can he say a rape occurred before that? What she was raped and still danced! Even scheming Kim admits the accuser arrived a little before midnight.

Both Kim and the neighbor put Mangum's arrival a little before midnight. I expect some cell phone calls will help pinpoint the time the dance performance started. Mangum arrived at 11:50, both women went up to the side of the house with one of the guys, they talked outside for about five minutes, according to the neighbor. By the time they introduced themselves, got ready, got their music going, the dance started just about right at 12:00. Nifong is blowing smoke. Something I noticed in the search warrants, though, was that in the SW for the Buchanan property executed on 3/16, the affidavit in support of the application for SW does not give Mangum's arrival time in the narrative. In the two affidavits in support of the SWs for Reade's and Collin's dorm rooms the narrative states Mangum arrived at 11:30. i suspect that Nifong has gottn Roberts to back-pedal on the arrival times by backing Mangum's arrival to 11:30 or 11:40. Nifong must have Mangum's cell phone records, so maybe she's off the phone by that time and he figures he's good to go on the 11:30-11:40 arrival time instead of the 11:50 arrival time, which explains why he may be trying to say the photo of Mangum getting in the car with her leg hanging out is really her getting out of the car, and the times were changed (backed up) on the camera by one hour.
