This time the N&O points out they are not naming the suspect because no charges have been brought. Why was that sensible policy not in place on April 2, when they printed the names and faces of the entire lacrosse team? I'm still hoping the families can/will sue over that outrageous editorial decision in the midst of actual lynch mobs.

I bet there will no charges in this case, the woman cannot even remember what happened.

Yes the parents could use this as an example of a double standard, if they decide to go for a liable suit.
