Even this morning's Raleigh News and Observer, which originally beat the drum as loudly as anyone promoting the rape charges, published an editorial decrying Nifongs heavy handed tactics.

The bottom line for me on the night in question is the boys got shortchanged, argued over money, locked the skanks out, and now they're trying to "spin the story to their advantage" by crying rape. Couple that with a politically motivated DA who truly couldn't care less what happened that night nor what the real evidence might show...in order to take advantage of all the town/gown issues so as to get reelected, and you have the perfect storm leading to the destruction of two boys and their families.

Nifong an CGM should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
