Wouldn't such information be held confidential? We have to take all clients under consideration when requesting this type of sensitive information. That's why the defense is asking for a subpoena. They must have some prior knowledge of the specifics or a judge should deny the request as a fishing expedition. Although if the prosecutor can DNA test an entire team it seems fair to let the defense browse through all of these agencies' records.
