I think the Duke players will file civil suits against both strippers, not for money, but as a way to help clear their names. They need to question Kim and Crystal under oath.

I would pay to see a deposition of Kim and Crystal. I don't think either one of them is going to be able to maintain their cool.

I'm starting to think the prospect of such a lawsuit is what is motivating him to keep pursuing this case, seemingly against all reason. If/when he drops the case, the defense is going to pounce.
