I remember something on the other thread that the word is out on the identity of defendant #3.

Do we know who that is? Where's Howlin or Locomotive Breath? Or another Freeper in the Durham area.... What's the word on the street or in the courthouse?

I heard that too...but no one seems to know who it is. I haven't seen a name although some were guessing McFayden because of the email.
