To: Protect the Bill of Rights

I don't think it can be withdrawn anywhere by the complainant (Crystal). She is not a party in the suit. She is a witness for the prosecution. The State is the party.

Thanks, Mad-Margaret. But if she won't testify(given reasons, X, Y, Z), her negotiator will have to arbitrate the case without her, or come up with a bigger reason as to why the Dukies did it and Crystal can't testify.

I'm curious to see how that "excuse" gets sorted as it appears the groundwork massaging is being laid via MSM... "Just In Case."
