That would be conjecture. I really have no idea. I'm just a bemused spectator watching this whole train wreck play out.
bump
It's a train wreck for sure. College kids would be smarter if they spent their breaks helping elderly with yard work and home repairs. Yeah, I know : (
I think it was you that posted something about the pink polish being on the railing?? How did you know the nails were red in the bathroom??? And since pink can be in the same family, how do you know the color is just not 'slightly' distorted in the photo? And based upon another post, the police discovered videos of the party? From where, who had it? You seem to be collecting clues in this case...
That's a whole mouthful there BT... I don't keep all of the links on the top of my head like maggief... But I'll tell you what I remember from the posts and links I've read...
In the search warrant there is a statement saying they are looking for red false fingernails... There is also descriptions of photos we haven't seen yet and of the video that state the fingernails she's wearing when she got there are bright red..
For all I know what has been described by those that have seen the photos of the polish on the rail as pink could be red... but when I zoomed the pic of her looking into her purse and makeup bag, it looked to me like her thumb was painted pink... and matched the bottle that was in one of her bags...
One of the party goers must have taken the video... I've seen portions of it on the TV early on, but nothing lately... I also read that Kim was pi$$ed when she found out someone was taking the video... I don't find it anymore unreasonable someone was taking a cell phone video than I do that they we taking cell phone pictures...
There is not any part of the original tale that stands the test. The first 9-1-1 call was Kim Roberts lying about what had happened in the hopes of getting police to send a car to the address. She lied to get what she wanted, which was EVEN for being called names by someone.
The DNA was supposed to exonerate the innocent and finger the guilty. When you have a Democrat DA with a political agenda, though, class warfare is your ticket to the black vote.
Oh believe me, nothing passes the smell test in this case. In fact the more I read, the more confused I get. The DNA results and the DA's refusal to let go makes me extremely angry. So does the fact that he was reelected.
I sincerely hope that the defense has a big ol' rabbit to pull out of their hats. Not only do I want those men exonerated, I want it done publicly, and I want heads to roll!
PS: someone brought up Abner Louima on one of these threads. I highly doubt he was smiling and talking into a cell phone after being sodomized. In fact, he had to undergo surgery for his injuries. If something like this had happened to AV, the hospital would have had to admit her. This story does not only not pass the test, it gets a big fat F!
Doesn't pass the smell test is absolutely right. The AV has a long history of accusing, of abusing, and of bizarre behaviors. I love how she's painted as some victim, when it's clear to anyone who has been paying attention there's no way in the world the attack could have happened as she said. Most bathrooms you'd have trouble with 4 adults merely standing in it at the same moment, muchless using a broom and assaulting a 200 pound woman.
Unfortunately the voters in that county don't see it that way. Maybe they all have bigger bathrooms than the rest of us? /sarc
I haven't completely lost hope in the "justice system"...yet.
I am hoping the DA will eventually grow a pair and dismiss the case.
I'm hoping the nutless wonder loses in the general election. Unless someone starts pinching his tiny head real hard, no way is he going to dismiss the case.
All reflected in her chosen occupation -- sex dancer on nighttime call. She's lucky she survived the other more street-wise stripper alive, I think.
