I'm going to start publishing the story tonight.

As FF.net doesn't allow direct linking (no idea why) this is how you can find it.

On the main page,

TV Show

The Title is going to be "Hope & Dreams". As of right now it won't be rated "M" so it should appear without the need to search for it.
