Sorry but anything that is 2-3 months old news is not a spoiler. There were published articles about Elisha Cuthbert having a deal for up to four episodes in S5.

As for speculating, if you or anyone else doesn't like it, then I suggest you leave this thread. Most people here like to speculate and guess about what is going to happen.

You can pretty much tell what happened by reading this thread. Where'd you leave off?

Audrey and her Dad are both safe and alive and getting med help. Bierko escaped during transfer. Jack got the tape to CTU and Chloe (who was brought back to CTU) was trying to clean it up for the phone call to teh attorney general in 5 minutes. Karen decided to tell that weasel Miles what she and the others are up to.

Logan was on the phone with the Bluetooth guy when he found out that Jack made it out with the recording. Bluetooth basically tells him to save the country from the long drawn out trial of the president for murder, and Logan gets out his li'l gun box. He goes in to Martha and says he is sorry again. She's not buying. He goes back to his desk, takes a little sissy gulp o' courage, and picks up the gun.

Just then his phone rings. Yes, you are correct; it's Buttkisser Miles, asking the Prez if he will be rewarded for stopping the tape getting out. The show ends with him hanging over Chloe's shoulder, and his hand is holding a little red laser thing right over the tape in Chloe's computer dock. When he leaves, the tape is destroyed. Logan puts his gun back. Scenes from next week include Aaron, alive and bloody and telling Logan off. Robocop is out there on the loose again too.

Tonight’s episode wasn’t to far from that.

They want us to believe the Attorney general will investigate the president in an assassination.

I was rolling my eyes through the whole thing.

But if you get past that part it was a fun show....

The president ordered the plane to be shot down the Fighter pilot asked for the mission to be aborted due to the plane was landing on the 118 (near my house).
