yes,...one interesting thing on Dan Abrams (I think) one of his guest a defense atty. said that the lawyer for him knows that his client will not be named as one of the three. The others on the show doubted it but he said he knew that to be true. Why I don't know, he may be telling the DA something he likes or who knows.
