Interesting poll. 57% polled thing Duke buying houses will only drive party scene further from campus. Why is it the students see what the admin cannot.
My guess is Duke is doing this for PR points and the hope that more students stay on-campus longer. The more the students are off campus the less the university makes with it's various operations.
