I'm sure their attorneys will just tell them to go home. Sue for defamation??..She doesn't have a dime and the police were justr responding to her accusations (and preventing a race riot).

I wonder if refusing to go forward would extend the accuser's anonymity or bring it to an end, i.e. make to fair to print her name and discuss what may have motivated her to lie?

Someone I don't see their attorneys seeing that way- they would have to run up more legal fees to sue a woman who, if it were found out she was lying, would be unemployable. What money do you think she would have, child support? Student loans? Meanwhile the case continues to remain in public eye for months and years to come.
