I noticed the investigator doing the paperwork has approitmately 5 years on the job.
Kind of a clue no one else wanted to get involved in this turkey.
I also did more detailed search warrants so if it was 'hinky' the judge could refuse to sign it. One always has to remember that you got to work with these people the next day.
I'm of the opinion that DA is running the show, much to the chagrin of the police department.

If the AV drops her claim, can the Duke boys sue the DA for false arrest? Defamation of character? Something? Anything?
