If she reported the rape at 1:32, why was she taken to a mental health facility, and why did the police "change" the incident report to include rape at 2:50? (probably more rudimentary questions, but I'm still on a learning curve compared to you folks).
I would like to see the written report from the mental health facility...that would surely say 'why' she was taken there first....
Because she did not tell the LE she was raped at first...
