Ya ever spent time talking to the hundreds of thousands of men whose wives filed for divorce under "no fault laws", and find themselves charged as "child molestors", hit with heavy garnishments for child support which appears on their permanent records making their "employment" opportunities dwindled. How about the men being forced to raise children that aren't theirs?

I didn't do any of that.

I don't talk to many men, but I read. Some get really raked over the coals. My son got burned pretty bad. I'm not that kind of a person even if I have been ill-treated. I don't get even either although I could if I chose to about some things. I stick up for them, too. Very few have ever stuck up for me.

We each have our crosses to bear.

Didn't say we didn't. My life is pretty much over. I'm thinking of younger people struggling with some of this. I do tend to stick up for the underdog; maybe they don't deserve it. I don't know. Some people do deserve a helping hand. Some people need tough love. It's hard to know sometimes.

What's your point?

Only that jobs that paid pretty well with benefits that lower IQ people could do are mostly gone now where I live anyway. That was my only point.

You sound like a good soul, Aliska.

I know how it goes: I'm a grandma, and making my 4th career change.
