I'll bet you money that any number of those kids are completely blameless in both a moral and criminal sense. It's been reported that one of the residents of the house didn't like what was going on so he went to his room, shut the door, and watched Letterman. Three of the team were in New York on job interviews. Finnerty is reported as being in town but not at the house.
I'll bet the list of kids who behaved in a perfectly respectable way is longer than those who didn't. Yet they've ALL been dragged through the mud by a community and legal system which cannot bother to distinguish between the two.
exactly, and what good did it do the kid who was watching Letterman and eschewing the strip show? not a bit. he was in the house, listed as a suspect, pic on wanted posters all over town, talked about all over the country as a member of this team, and there he was... a holier than thou. it can happen to anyone.
