The shoe was listed as items to be seized in the March 16 Buchanan search warrant, the McFayden dorm search warrant (March 27?), and now Finnerty's search warrant. I sincerely doubt Finnerty has it.
Do we know if they are looking for her shoe or his shoes?

About the shoe. What is that suppose to show? We all know she had one show off while dancing. Does Nifong think she lost it in the mist of a rape, when there are pics of the shoe on the floor will she is dancing with Kim!
