i read ann coulter's article and while her point may be valid it is quite separate and apart from the issue of a false claim of rape. while the "victims" (rich white privileged whoremongering college boys) may not be likeable or defensible on moral grounds, they do not remotely merit having their lives ruined by a false charge of rape, any more than a virtuous, straight arrow of a male, who could have the same false charge made against him, in completely different circumstances.
Ann Coulter is a flame thrower. She's funny and I enjoy reading her, but ultimately a lot of her points are hollow. And as an attorney, she should know that a false charge of rape isn't close to comparable to whether we think these boys are boy scouts or not.
Anyway, you said it better so I'll just leave it at that. LOL
