On Crystals court sheet, what does it mean by "cop balance"?

There are separate amts. of 1916.64, 125., and 30. Does this mean that she owes that amt. of money?

There's also a charge of Possession/Use of Controlled Substance...subject to drug screening and a warrantless search.

Thanks for the link. She's in a heap o' sh*t. I tried to see whether her custody of children was mentioned, but didn't find it. Probably in a family court file.
