The new info, is that in a picture taken at 12:04 am.four fingernails were missing...WAY before the supposed incident could have happened.

If we could see the missing fingernails, why could the media not see them....but waited until the defense pointed it out to them?

I read somewhere that they found 4 or 5? 'bright red nails', yet the pictures show pink nail polish on the railing. This actually fits with the story that she was doing her nails in the bathroom.

When she arrived, she already had nails missing. When the party didn't go well, the girls locked themselves in the bathroom and AV popped of the red nails, applied a new set and painted them pink...leaving the red nails behind.

Even if the nails came off, there should be a little evidence of polish around the cuticles. You would think that in a case of rape, the hospital would have very good records on the condition of her nails...but who knows in this case!
