North Carolina does not allow defense evidence at Grand Jury proceedings.
She's just showing her ignorance.

Kerry Sutton of the defense said that ALL of the attorneys offered to take their clients and meet with Nifong last week and discuss their side of the case, but he refused.
Just like he refused to look at the pictures.
Now we find that the photos she was shown in the lineup were ONLY photos of the lacrosse team, which is absolutely against the law in North Carolina.
The defense team said she picked the two with scratches. Never mind that the pictures were takne 10 days after the alleged incident.
If there is proven misconduct on the part of the prosecutor I truly hope that disbarrment will be immediate upon examination of his behaviour in this case.
