Kim's photo is out, the fact of her hedging/changing her story is out, and the story about her contacting a PR firm to help her spin the story to her advantage is also out.
The only thing about her that isn't out yet is her criminal history and the fact that she was just re-arrested a week ago. Nifong seems to be letting her off the hook - released her from having to post bond and agreed to have her probation reinstated until 2010 instead of going to jail.
