You are sadly and probably willfully misinformed about the treatment of the team. An infamous "mug shot" flyer of the entire team has been distributed on campus and even printed on the front page of the Raleigh N&O (don't know about the Durham H-S) implying that they are all rapists. They have all been accused and threatened with prosecution by the DA as accessories for "aiding and abetting" the rape that the DA just "knows" took place. The only reason they "voluntarily" submitted to DNA testing is that the DA threatened them all with a court order. They have all been berated by women in the national media with that old canard "be a man" because they haven't come forward about the rape that the commentator just "knows" occurred. (Kimberly G. looks like "she" knows from prior personal experience what it's like to "be a man". But I digress.) Crimestoppers in Durham has been credulously repeating the rape story about the lax team and spreading it all over town. Seniors not even involved in the night's events have had their job offers revoked. Team members on campus have been spit on and refused service in campus dining halls. Team members have been harassed by faculty in the class in front of the other students and publically excoriated by faculty in the newspaper. The coach has been fired and the entire season canceled by a gutless university administration that assumes that they are guilty. I could go on and on but it you didn't get it before my remarks, you won't get it now.

As it now appears, the only two have been charged (in your dismissive phrase) were not even at the house at the time events occurred. They've lost an entire semester's work and tuition. One apparently wasn't even at the party and was behaving like a perfect gentleman in a cross-town restaurant. Even if they are cleared later, they will forever have the false rape charge on their records making them virtually unemployable at any level commensurate with their education and training.

What's clear to me is that you don't actually care about justice in this case. In your mind, since they looked at women "with lust in their hearts" (to borrow a phrase from Jimmy Carter), they are probably all guilty of some crime against women anyway so if they are falsely nailed for this well, ok then. You don't like them or their legal behavior so to hell with the law, any penalty they suffer can't possibly be enough.
