I wonder if Kim was the one who threatened to call the police--since that's what she did. And maybe that threat was the reason for the rapid disbursement of the remaining partygoers.
NO doubt about it. She threatened to call the police and she did. One thing though - the cabby says he picked those four guys up at 1am. The cops were already there by that time, so he must be wrong on the time. What the prosecution willo say that if he's wrong about that time, he's wrong about the time he licked up Reade and his friend. Except.......if he thinks he picked them up at 1:00 and it was really 12:50, let's say, then that means his watch or cab clock is fast, which would mean he picked Reade up earlier, which calls into question the Wachovia receipt. I hope the cabby was just speaking off the top of his head when he mentioned 1:00am.
