I know the response that I'm going to get is that rape is about power/control and not sex, and I'm sure it is, but my guess is that the quality of female that these guys can pull (even if they have to go to Chapel Hill to find it) would so far exceed this stripper that they wouldn't have touched her with a 10-foot pole, let alone a penis with a condom on it. I'm sure I'll be called an insensitive ass now but, oh well, I seem to become one more and more by the day.

I thought the friend of Reade was very compelling on the news last night.

Exactly. They'd a had no problems to get for free. But they didn't want for free. They were willing to pay for the event. It's was a "one for the memory". These are not bad kids. And if every college campus did its own Patriot Act to nab "parties" like these, there wouldn't be enough human resources to deal with it nationwide. Hollywood glamorizes these things. Comedy, Drama. Glamorizes such events as these.

Maybe her boss, the escort services, will now have to write a Manual of Procedures and purchase INSURANCE.

Why isn't the escort service having to pony up any costs? Why isn't the escort service being vilified as greedy, irresponsible cads? Shouldn't the escort service be having to pay "damages" for what one of its employees has done? What? No HEALTHCARE??? No time off with pay for sick time? No subsidized "child care"?

And the stripper is NOT suing her employer for: injuries, workman's comp, putting her in a "lethal" situation?

What gives, no?
