The Kroger security guard said they arrived at Kroger at 1:00 am. Are you saying she is lying or wrong? How do you know that she is wrong?
Your theory that the "dead on" cab driver saw Kim get into the driver's side of a white car. We KNOW that's wrong. Look at the PHOTOGRAPH that Dan Abrams released of the 12:41 moment when the AV was loaded into the car. It is a dark blue car (undoubtedly the same dark blue Honda Accord Kime is driving when she pulls up at Kroger).
Your "dead on" cab driver claimed it was 1:00 am when he saw Kim arguing with a bunch of guys and getting into a white car. Well, the police are there from 12:55 to 1:06 and the contemporaneous real-time police logs are undoubtedly more accurate than the cab driver's recollection, so he appears to be wrong again.
