what i hope that you both can understand is that the holiest, the most sainted man, who has not even SEEN anyone naked, can have a bogus rape charge made against him and the accuser need not be able to prove it, but once made, the charge has the same effect that this one has against this entire team. sanctimony will not save you from it. even Godfearing, churchgoing women can and do LIE ABOUT SEX and can inculpate a sinless man and ruin his life. that would be NO DIFFERENT than what is going on here.

At least we should have higher standards for our kids. Whether or not they follow them is out of our hands. But I will never tell my son that I would approve of him hiring a stripper or being at a party with one. That doesn't mean he wouldn't - only that he would know I would not approve. And hopefully my daughters know I would not approve of them becoming strippers!
