More than been identified as- she referred to herself as an escort in the interview she gave to the News and Observer at the very beginning of this case. Early on there was an article about an sting they did on escort services in the area- they found that over 90% of the time the escort would offer sex to the undercover cops.

Yeah, there seem to be conflicting statements. I realize the defense will have their statements, but I seem to recall that it is the prosecution which is touting the examination which showed injuries consistent with rape trauma. What I am wondering is if she got the cuts and bruises and "trauma" elsewhere, and cleaned up somewhat before going to the party. Thatway, she might have injuries consistent with trauma, but no DNA.

If the cab driver saw the women arguing with the players at 1 am, then that means that Kim made the call at 12:53, while she still at the house and they must have argued for almost twenty minutes after the players put a drunk Crystal into Kim's car.
That settles it......2nd dancer MUST have changed into jeans in the bathroom before leaving the house.
