I don't think anything is gained by that way of talking. Anything slutty she was doing was at the request of the men at the party. In fact, there is some indication she wasn't being slutty enough for their tastes. And her sluttiness is irrelevant to the charges. However, I DO think she's a liar.

I'm aware of her history; I'm also aware of the history of the lacrosse team, as well as their reported behavior (racial slurs) apart from the alleged rape. I'm just saying that the woman's sluttiness is not something that entirely distinguishes her from the men, so there's no point in dwelling on it.
