To finish my thought - there is nothing about her searching her purse that is incompatible with her being raped. She might be looking for a cell phone, a bandage, an address book, kleenex, etc.
Thanks to the DA celebrated Media tour, we know the victim description of the event (or most of it): NO ONE, NO ONE
would pause for at least 30 seconds, if you had been beaten, kicked, strangled, raped, and sodomized by 3 men and there were 37 others in the building. The DA described her as fighting the players off as she couldn't breath - she was being strangled - and that she ran out of the house and was lucky to have escaped.
12:30:12 a.m.: The next photo shows the alleged victim on the back porch, carrying what appears to be her purse and a makeup bag. Her clothes are intact.
12:30:47 a.m.: A photo taken 30 seconds later shows the alleged victim on the porch and she appears to smile.
The aforementioned descriptions by a NEWS organization are not consistent in any way with the Brutality reported.

I'm not trying to argue, but I disagree with you. I can only see your point *if* the "victim" is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Otherwise, anyone who is really fearing for their safety would not stop to take the time to do that until they were out of harm's way. Heck, even a girl who is high would straighten up enough to get the h#@*! outta there! It's called the fight or flight response. Her adrenaline level would keep her aware enough to go further than the steps of the house. Plus, if she had been raped or beaten, or abused in anyway, I cannot see how she would possibly go back for a shoe or any article that may have been left behind.
At best, I think this girl may have argued with some of the guys. At best, somebody struck her. Rape is beyond reality here, given the information from as many sources as there are.
