I am trying to narrow it down to what Spanish speaking employees might be interested in.

Ever occur to you that "Spanish speaking employees" would be interested in the same things that "English speaking employees" are?

Of course not. Why am I not surprised?

I have to confine the newsletter to our clients request. It's purpose is to help educate the Spanish speaking employee regarding the 3 listed issues and find materials that do that.

It's assumed that the English speaking employee is

a. already educated about safety issues.
b. has easier access to said materials.

These newsletters will be a service to the Spanish speaking employee.
