My point is that tragic auto accidents happen every day. Jerks (from all backgrounds) drive around without insurance every day. Unless the driver was fleeing from the Border Patrol when he caused the accident, I cannot see why their nationality or legal status matters in the story.

It might not matter to you that our state has a huge problem on it's hands, but it matters to me.
