Did the driver have NO PROOF of a license or insurance? Or were they not covered at all? Where is this found in the statements? On more than one occasion I have lost my wallet and HAD TO drive without the license or insurance card. Does this mean I am an illegal alien? MANY Americans who have lost their licenses and are not insured drive.

Easter Sunday I spent quite a bit of time at a construction sight. Does that mean I'm illegally residing in the states, AND a construction worker?

Evidence shmevidence.

All that matters is that the other driver has a Hispanic last name and that his address was "unknown" at the time of the accident.

That is enough to be able to label him an illegal Mexican immigrant.

Didn't you get the memo?
