I pray that the Law stops him before he hurts someone. Since I last posted the radio news announced that a fatal accident occured on Rte. 1 a few miles from me (Moss Landing, Ca.) and the driver had no licence and was Hispanic. A six year old girl died.

Tragic, but I did notice that you didn't answer my question.

You assumed the driver in your story was Mexican (and insinuated he was illegal) based on a ~maybe~ 1/10th second glance at his face.

But, once again, the accident did not occur because the "driver had no license and was Hispanic."
