Well, I was educated at Texas Tech, and at Texas Tech (and the rest of the free world), grammar and proper punctuation are a good part of writing. I guess Alabama is different. If they hired me, they wouldn't have to pay an editor as well as a writer.

We know what you said you heard.
Your word isn't enough.
I'm done. You're like talking to a brick wall.

Who exactly is paying you to "write" for a PR firm? I guess PT Barnum was right. I've been thinking the same thing.

No, it's not going to be a handbook. It's going to be a newsletter. The front page will be personalized from the employer.
The other three articles will be the same. We have 11 different companies lined up to purchase the service.

"Well, I was educated at Texas Tech, and at Texas Tech (and the rest of the free world), grammar and proper punctuation are a good part of writing. I guess Alabama is different. If they hired me, they wouldn't have to pay an editor as well as a writer." Even Harper Lee needed an editor.
Besides, I majored in political science.
But I have won a few peer reviewed awards for my writing. Maybe I should of majored in English.

Who exactly is paying you to "write" for a PR firm? The PR firm does. They farm out a lot of their writing projects to me. Sometimes it's just dry and dust press releases. Sometimes I write articles for client newsletters and magazines. Sometimes I write letters for clients.
Just depends on what they need.

I really don't care about your career, Full Court.
All I care about is your source.
You don't have one.

See, how unfeeling of you.
I knew all along you didn't really care about the facts of this issue.
You are just ticked that it involved illegal Mexicans.
For some weird reason you are projecting and taking it personally.

I knew all along you didn't really care about the facts of this issue. Wrong. The "facts" are ~all~ I've cared about.
"Facts" that you have yet to provide a source for.

Go back and read your very first post on this thread. You bias is very obvious. All you were worried about was that someone said the word Mexican in conjunction with a crime.
That's all you cared about.

All you were worried about was that someone said the word Mexican in conjunction with a crime. I was worried because there was nothing in the article to back up that assertion.

Yes; maybe you should have. No, I don't think so. I had a wonderful time working in politics. I've worked for people as varied as Attorney General Charlies Graddick to Ambassador Alan Keyes.
It was great.
But now because I have a talent at writing I am able to stay home with my children, pick and chose my projects and make great money all the while.
God is good.

Beside4s, your first post on the thread shows you are now lying. Give it up.

You are the liar, Full Court.
I wanted a source. You have failed to provide one.
That means that YOU lied when you added "Mexican immigrant" to the headline.
Now who's projecting?

Here is your first post sweetie, live and learn not to lie.
"How on earth does the nationality of the driver have ~anything~ to do with the story?
Or has it finally come to the point that any time a hispanic last name is mentioned within an article, it instantly becomes an immigration issue?
How do you even know the driver is Mexican, for that matter?"

FC...I think you missed the point of what hispanarepublicana was saying, when he said, "Yes, Maybe you should have"....you made a grammatical error when you said, in your post, "Maybe I should of majored in English"...
You said "I should of majored"...thats incorrect...what you should have said was, "I should have majored"...the use of the words 'of' and 'have' are not interchangeable in this context...
I think some may presume that a writer would not make that mistake...
