I'll reiterate to the Nancy Grace's of the world, that even if there was a crime here, it was not pre-meditated with elaborate schemes for alibis and doctored evidence. It would have been a spontaneous episode of drunken lust and anger. Very few real crimes are of the Perry Mason variety, with elaborate planning and deception and pre-planned alibis.
