"LOL yeah ok, he made three phone calls in the ten minutes the timeline allows him to be part of a rape?"
If I understand the timeline, the woman's first dance ended at 12:04 - 12:05. Then she left the house, was persuaded back in, and briefly danced again before going in to the bathroom. So she did not go in to the bathroom until about 12:10 - 12:15. Meanwhile, Seligmann left at 12:19, and had made at least two calls on his cell phone between 12:10 and 12:19. The woman claimed the rape/beating lasted more than 20 minutes, and that no one left the bathroom during the rape. But if there was a rape, and Selgmann was involved, he could not have been in the bathroom for more than about five - ten minutes, during which time he used his cell phone at least twice. As you say, it seems unlikely Seligmann was involved in a rape consistent with the time-line and facts claimed by the woman.

If I understand the timeline You understand the CURRENT timeline but that will change in response to this new evidence. The accuser and the prosecution as repeatedly changed their stories to fit the newest evidence.
Unfortunately, the jury will probably only hear the latest version of the story - one that will somehow make the timeline fit.
