Case against at least one Duke defemdant unraveling fast.
Defendant Seiligman went to bank ATM while rape supposedly happening.
12:02 Time stamped photos show girl arriving. Girl leaves, comes back, call friends on cell phone does other things. 12:19 Seiligman calls cab dispatcher 12:24 Seiligman takes cab to bank miles away, uses ATM card (photos show it is him.) 12:42 after walking back to dorm, Seiligman uses security card to enter dorm. Does not leave.
Also, Seiligman was never interviewed by cops. DA seeking reelection simply took "Dancers" word that he raped her.

Exactly, but Nifong didn't know about Seligmann's alibi before bringing charges. In a NYT article yesterday his lawyer said Nifong never asked about Seligmann's whereabouts.

No, I don't nor would I ever support a "stripper" party or be involved in it. Including hiring a "male stripper". Watching the comments and reactions of women at Chip&n&Dale's in the late 70s, taught me quickly the entertainment was not about the stripper -- but other women. I laughed my face off at my fellow females. I had been "taken" there on a business trip by co-workers. They wouldn't tell me where they were taking me. I suspect, as a rule the "stripper" thing is differently processed among the two sexes. :)

The other players should try to keep their whereabouts to themselves (if they can legally) as well. This will prevent the woman from just picking out the ones without alibis.
Along with their DNA samples, the team was compelled to allow bare torso shots be taken. Did the photo ID consist of those pictures? Where did the accuser see scratches otherwise?

I just can't believe this....of course these guys have scratches and probably bruises....my son played soccer and he always looked beat-up after practice, let alone actually playing another team....

You always praise the opponent before you destroy him. Coaches do it all the time. It's no different in the legal profession or in politics.
I used to work for a guy years ago who was in AA, and he told me that at meetings they'd often get talking about White Castle being something they missed from their drinking days. The common opinion among recovering alcoholics was that anyone who claimed to like White Castle was an alchoholic. Mercifully, I now live in a part of the country that doesn't have them.
