And to think I thought it was a six pack of warm Pabst and a bag of Taco Bell bean burritos.
That's a winning formula too.
So, if you're in a Pabst bar that has pickled pig's feet and pickled eggs and you frequent the next-door pizza place with sausage sandwiches and stop on your way home at the Taco Bell for a couple of bean burritos, you could properly be described as an eco-terrorist.
You cannot find a better tasting beer in America for the price Pabst sells for. It has become huge among younger people around Philly. Yuengling Lager and Pabst are doing a big number on the better-known brands here.
Here's my endorsement for the Long Trail Brewing Company's Double Bag ale. Unbelievably good tasting and nearly double the alcohol. Be careful but it's a great brew.
Also, Ireland Parish Ale from the Paper City Brewing Company in Holyoke, Mass.
