Britney Spears and husband Kevin Federline are being investigated after their baby son suffered a fractured skull and blood clot in a high-chair fall.
The new mother-of-one, whose pop career had slowly declined since her split with super-star Justin Timberlake, rushed her son to hospital after he fell from his highchair in their kitchen, the Sun reported.
The tiny tot - Sean Preston - just seven months old is said to have been in the care of a nanny when he hit the floor hard in the shock fall.
After being given the all clear by a GP immediately after the accident, the singer, 24, began to notice that Sean was lethargic and sleeping more than usual. Although it had been six days since his fall on April 1, mothers intuition made the worried former pop-princess rush her son to a near-by Malibu hospital where doctors recorded a fractured skull and showed concern over a blood clot.

I weep for that child. Talk about being born behind hte 8 ball. But on th positive side now that their famil is three their collective IQ has hit the triple digits, low triple digits but it is there.
Both Britney and K-Fed show the characteristics of having been dropped on their heads as infants. Now another chip off the ol' block.....
Bush didn't do it?
give it time. It's his fault for sure, the proof is being assembled :)
Those two slobs are not fit to be parents. Nauseating.
Feel sorry for the kid, at least she got the kid medical attention, although sooner probably would have been better.
Medved is doing his conspiracy day today--probably get a caller in linking Bush with the event.
My goodness. Hopefully this is some sort of joke, but since it pertains to Britney and K-Fed it does seem to be real. Wow!
Explains why DCF rushed over there to investigate
LOL - Criticizing the IQ of others, with nearly incomprehensible grammar, typing and sentence construction. That's really rich!
This is a pretty common kind of accident that can happen to anyone who has ever gone more than arm's reach from their baby for a moment. I hope the kid's OK.
Poor kid might have been briefly caught up in the beam of some Bush/Cheney antigravity device or other;)
Oops, I did it again......
Of COURSE Bu$hitler did it!!!1!!!
Can't you see the writing on the wall? The Chimperor sent in his fascist SS Gestapo to KNOCK OVER that high-chair! They're the ones responsible for EVERYTHING bad! You Repugs just can't see through their special cloaking devices (made by Halliburtion, of course!) because them chemtrails have you brainwashed!!!1!! /s
Local newstalk KRMG has "Oops, I Did It Again" playing in the background. It's not funny.
I have children AND I don't care who this person is, this is a horrible situation. Hope things are okay with the baby. The mother must be beside herself.
As for the original GP that gave the all-clear: I'd hate to be him/her right now.
Most high chairs these days have seat belts. My daughters are always strapped in when they are in it.
When my youngest was about 6 weeks old, I picked up the carrier quickly (I was going to see a judge) and I had neglected to put the harness on. She fell about a foot and of course she was okay. I dont think much of K-Federline and I think Britney might not be too bright, but I do think certain things could hapeen to anybody. From what I read she has a Nanny and the Nanny didn't strap him in. But this incident, coupled with her putting the baby in her lap while she drove, equals the second time DCFS has visited her.
Looks like she did to me. The problem is she trusted the idiotic doctor, like most of the general population do. People need to remember that doctor's are only "practicing" med. They don't KNOW anything. Becky
LOL!
Butt-side down.
