A massive picture of Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria, so big it can be seen from space, is gracing the dusty desert outside Las Vegas.
Of course, if these morons had checked, the Google Earth photos of any decent resolution (to show cars and such) are taken by AIRPLANES, not by satellites.

Really, I did not know that. Put me in the moron catagory. I was curious how often images contained on Google Earth are updated. Do you have any idea?

Probably at least 1/2 meter, maybe less than a foot.
