She's a sleeze bucket. Our schools don't allw the belly button to be exposed. She never would have been allowed to wear that to a school prom.

If it had been said she was wearing it to say an Hawaiian Luau, would it have raised eyebrows so much?Is it the dress it's self, or that it was a "prom" dress:

Not here either. Unfortunately, proms are getting sleazier and sleazier. My SIL is a high school teacher and the dances she describes are so vulgar. The teachers had to stop the music several times to make the kids stop. Our church has gotten to where they have a banquet as an alternative to the prom.
