I posted that same thing on the 24 thread--as soon as Jack heard the tape he should've grabbed a computer and (however you do it) send an audio file to FR. Logan would have to resign a couple of hours later :) I was yelling at the TV! Put the phone on speaker, call Audrey and have her record the call!
