Well I kinda have a love/hate relationship with the weather around here. I get to see natures beauty but natures beauty can turn ugly and deadly. My anxiety levels go up greatly when a storm is getting ready to pound us, but I cannot help myself and I have to pull out my camera since the clouds lay so low over us. I also watch the storms carefully for rotation since I can see far off.

Already this year we have had 4 tornadoes touch down in my county all within 10 miles or less of me. My little town (I am outside of the town) was hit at least once this year and Sunday they had damage due to a storm that had very strong gusts of wind.

We used to live on a cliff overlooking Lake Erie. We used to watch the storms roll in off the lake, so I know what you mean about the love/hate and wanting to watch.
