I don't know what any of that means.. .
Most of what he said relies on the assumption that you have set up scheduled tasks on every computer you're using to run FaH. You can see if your tasks are running properly by opening the task scheulder (Start | Programs | Accessories | System Tools | Scheduled Tasks).
There's a column titled "Last Result" if you look at that value for the Folding At Home task that you've created, it should show 0x0 if it ran properly last time. If you want to test the task, right-click on it, and select "Run". Then you can check the web page to see if it's updated.
If your task isn't set up properly, you can try manually running the script, by opening a Windows Explorer window (or My Computer, whichever you prefer), finding the script file, and double clicking on it. Again, you can check the web page to see if it updated properly.
