Well, some people refer to Cokes as soda water. Up north I think its Pop. Not sure what region says soda water. Here in Texas, everything is "coke".
Waiter: Can I get you a something to drink?
Texan: Yeah, a coke.
Waiter: Ok, what kind?
Texan: 7-Up.
